Acceptance of Our Terms:

All users of this site agree that accessing and using this site makes them subject to the following terms and conditions of use, copyright and trademark laws, and other applicable laws. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions herein, your use of this site is strictly prohibited.

Late Policy:

If you foresee that you will potentially be late or won't be able to keep your appointment, please call or text ahead of time. If you are late more than 15 minutes you will be charged a $20 fee. If you are more that 30 minutes late you will need to reschedule your appointment. 

No call no show will possibly result in you not being able to schedule a future appointments or require a higher deposit for future appointments. 

Deposits:

Deposits are required for all appointments with the exception of consultation booking. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your balance at the time of payment after your service is complete. Deposits can be transferred only if you reschedule within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If you do not reschedule with 48 hours you forfeit your deposit. Deposit amounts may vary per service.

Our Human Hair:

Harmony Beauty only provides the highest quality Remy human hair. Our human hair comes in straight, curly, and wavy patterns, and the color will range from a medium to dark natural brown ONLY. However, it can be dyed. 

Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS will be issued.

Payment Terms:

Terms of payment are ALWAYS 100% up front for online orders. We accept payments via PayPal. The moment you place your order, your PayPal account will be deducted. Please ensure all information including your product selection, quantity, payment, billing and shipping information is correct before placing your order. Fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. 

Order Processing:

All orders received on Monday through Saturday before 6:00pm are processed the same business day.  Orders received outside our regular business hours will be processed the next business day.  We do not process orders on holidays. Orders received on holidays will be processed the next business day.  Orders are processed once payment is confirmed and cleared.

Shipping Policy:

Regular orders ship in 5-7 business days and wholesale orders ship in 7-10 business days of payment receipt via USPS Priority Mail which includes tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.  Signature confirmation is required for delivery.  Customer will receive order confirmation and tracking information via email once order is shipped.

For your convenience, we advise that you place your order far enough in advance of any hair appointments, deadlines, or events you may have, as unanticipated shipping delays may occur.  We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, inclement weather, or carrier delays.  Please plan accordingly.

Return Policy:

At Harmony Beauty, we maintain a high level of quality assurance. Every order is thoroughly inspected, and professionally prepared and packaged to ensure the highest quality product possible.  Our ultimate goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.  

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. 

Exchanges:

Harmony Beauty, at its sole discretion, may EXCHANGE products or portions of a product ONLY given the following conditions:

*All EXCHANGE REQUESTS must be received by our office within 48 hours from the date of product delivery.  EXCHANGE REQUESTS received after the 48-hour time frame will not be eligible for exchange and will be returned to the customer.

*Product must be returned in the original resalable condition, exactly as it was when it was shipped from us, and cannot have been worn, combed, brushed, colored, straightened, washed, conditioned, curled, cut, or manipulated in any way.  Under Federal law, human hair that has been used in any way cannot be returned.  This includes unraveling and trying on the product. Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept hair that has been used in any of the aforementioned ways.

*Exchange must be for a product of equal or lesser value.  There will be no refunds for any differences in price.

*All shipping fees assessed for returned item and for the new exchanged item will be at the expense of the customer.

*There will be a 25% restocking fee assessed for all exchanged items.

Sale, clearance, wholesale, and any items with which a promotional code was used for purchase are not eligible for return.  NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THESE ITEMS.

Due to the delicate nature of our closures and frontals, these items are not eligible for return.   NO EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON THESE ITEMS.

Policy Changes:

Harmony Beauty reserves the right to make any changes to any of the aforementioned policies at our discretion.  Please check this page periodically to stay informed of any such changes.

Product Availability or Changes:

Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
